Where do you provide service?
We provide on-site IT support and technology services throughout all five boroughs of New York City, with most of our in-person work concentrated in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. For website design, SEO, and digital consulting, we work with clients anywhere in the United States remotely.
What if I am not sure what I need?
That is perfectly fine and actually very common. Many of our clients start with a general question like "my website is not showing up on Google" or "I need help choosing a POS system." We will help you figure out the right next step without pushing unnecessary services. Just describe what is going on and we will take it from there.
